This division of PIH is set-up to acquire building for Pergas’s operation, scholars and Asatizah development, dakwah, education, assistance, and to support Pergas in achieving financial independence. We have recorded rental income of more than $2 million since 2008.

Pergas Building Milestone (from 1957)

Jalan Damai, Kaki Bukit

Pergas obtained a parcel of land to build an education centre in order to maximize its role and services. The 2-year project also saw wakaf opportunities for the public, ranging from $1 to $5 for single purchase of a brick.

Playfair Road

1984 - 1999:
Pergas relocated its office to a single storey building formerly known as Playfair Primary School situated at Burn Road (Upper Paya Lebar Road). This building was shared with other Malay-Muslim organizations such as PPIS and Mendaki.

Wisma Indah, Changi Road

1999 - present:
In 1999, Pergas moved to a wakaf property managed by Warees Investment at 448 Changi Road, #03-01 Wisma Indah. This has been Pergas main office until today.

Joo Chiat Road

2003 - 2019:
A 7-unit shophouses along Joo Chiat Road was purchased in 2003 with the intention for Pergas to have its own building.

MDIS Building, Changi Road

2018 - Present:
In January 2018, Pergas rented a new space at MDIS Building to accommodate IPIP classes. It also serves as the main office of PIH.

2019 - present:
PIH bought a five-storey freehold commercial building at 168 Changi Road from Fragrance Group in December.
