1. PROPERTY EXECUTIVE
(FULL/PART-TIME, PERMANENT/CONTRACT)

The Executive is responsible for the administration of e-commerce and property management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and supervise ongoing maintenance, additions and alterations projects timely and cost-effectively
  • Ensure security of premises and maintain security devices
  • Inspect and ensure building maintenance comply with all relevant laws, codes and company policies (the inspections may be after office hours if need be)
  • Investigate and resolve tenants’ complaints and tenancy agreement violations
  • Prepare and maintain documentations of all works requisitions, correspondence and files
  • Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by Reporting Officer

Requirements

  • Preferably has 2 years minimum of property management experience
  • Possesses good problem solving, administrative, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good knowledge of technical aspects of maintenance issues, building regulations and legislations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Applicants should be Singaporean or Permanent Residents
  • Able to start immediately is an added advantage

1. ACCOUNTS & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
(FULL-TIME, PERMANENT/CONTRACT)

Responsibilities

  • Handle full sets of accounts including intercompany reconciliations
  • Full payroll administration process
  • Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation
  • Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy
  • Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems
  • Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
  • Prepare GST statement and its quarterly returns
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, legal, bankers, government agencies and etc.
  • Provide monthly financial information and reports to the Management
  • Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by Reporting Officer

Requirements

  • Possesses Diploma in Accounting or any relevant field
  • Preferably has 2 years minimum of accounting related experience handling full set of accounts and administration
  • Able to work individually with minimal supervision and also a good team player
  • Meticulous, good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Quickbooks
  • Applicants should be Singaporean or Permanent Residents
  • Able to start immediately is an added advantage

3. FUNDRAISING EXECUTIVE
(FULL-TIME, PERMANENT/CONTRACT)

The Executive is responsible for the administration of e-commerce and property management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns to maintain and grow sustainable funding
  • Prepare marketing and promotional collaterals and activities to raise awareness in the local community through both digital and social media channels, as well as the local press to expand its outreach
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to build direct and effective collaborations with community stakeholders, corporate partners and government agencies
  • Build upon existing donor relationships and form new donor relationships for their continued support on a regular basis
  • Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by Reporting Officer

Requirements

  • Preferably has minimum 2 years of fundraising experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent organizational abilities, interpersonal skill, resourceful and attention to details
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with good command of English and Malay. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
  • Added advantage:
    • Ability to read and write in Arabic
    • Experience in marketing and communications
    • Able to start immediately

4. ECOMMERCE EXECUTIVE

The Executive is responsible for the administration of e-commerce and property management.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with team to oversee the end-to-end operations of the e-commerce platform from business development, market research, logistics, product management, sales and marketing
  • Develop innovative ideas to deliver strategic projects that will allow the business to offer the best customer experience
  • Recommend operational processes and performance measures to improve business performance in line with the company objectives
  • Managing backend systems and processes to ensure all channels are updated
  • Analyze data and identify avenues for customer acquisition and distribution channels for business expansion
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of project
  • Occasionally, to assist team in distribution of food packages to less privileged communities

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate has a strong interest and/or experience in e-Commerce sales and innovation, with a desire to actively manage and grow his/her portfolio. As the business is a social enterprise, the candidate should also have similar alignment of their interest in helping the needs of the communities.

  • Strong ability to manage e-groceries operations - 1 to 2 years working experience ideally in eCommerce, business development or account management
  • 1 to 2 years working experience ideally in eCommerce, business development or account management
  • Able to multitask and deliver on multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Good personal relationship skills, able to connect with and influence all levels of management
  • Team player, very agile and flexible to uncertainties
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Powerpoint and e-commerce tools
  • Good communication skills, organised, analytical, meticulous and driven

i. Administrative Functions

  • Manage online and offline order processing, enquiries, delivery, returns and exchanges
  • Manage operations for service excellence and establish service quality
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and activities

ii. Estate Management

  • Administer, manage and supervise all additions and alterations projects and maintenance programmes
  • Effective planning and management of activities of outsourced service partners, providing guidance and supervision
  • Conduct regular inspections for potential safety hazards and initiate corrective measures to maintain a secure and safe work environment (the inspections should include after office hours if need be)
  • Manage tenants and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Min diploma in any relevant discipline
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Adept at working with cross-functional team and with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated, dependable, resourceful & willing to learn attitude
  • Familiar with the expectations of SME is an added advantage

2. DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER #SGUP

We are seeking a trainee to join us for a period of 9 months. 

The Officer will assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to effectively build, create and establish brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in copywriting & content marketing in English & Malay.
  • Assist in conceptualising & designing printed collaterals including infographics.
