By submitting this form and registering as an affiliate for the Qurban Affiliate Program by Pergas Investment Holdings (“Provider”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years old and above.
• You must uphold Islamic values and ethics in all affiliate-related activities.

2. Registration Requirements

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.
• You must provide valid payment details (e.g., PayNow or bank account) for commission payouts.

3. Use of Marketing Materials

• You agree to only use approved marketing materials provided by the Provider.
• You may not create your own promotional content unless given written approval.
• You agree to protect the Provider’s reputation. No offensive, haram, or unethical marketing.

4. Commission Terms

• A fixed commission of SGD 10 per product will be given for every successful sale made through your unique referral.
• Commissions are calculated and paid upon completion of Qurban exercise (10th June 2025 – last day of Tasyrik) within one month.
• Commission payments will be made to your nominated bank or PayNow account.
• Any disputes must be reported within 14 days of payout.

5. Code of Conduct

• You agree not to misrepresent yourself as an employee, agent, or representative of the Provider.
• You must not use unethical, offensive, or haram content to promote products.
• Any activity that damages the brand or misleads the public may result in account termination. 

6. Confidentiality

• Any confidential information by the Provider must not be disclosed without written permission.

7. Changes and Termination

• The Provider reserves the right to change or update the program or terms at any time.

• The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account for breaches of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Governing Law

• This registration and participation agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws.

9. Consent

• By registering, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and wish to participate in the Qurban Affiliate Program under the Provider.
